Payment is due in full at time of booking. Parties are for up to 15 children and 10 adults, or for 25 guests overall. Fees apply for extra children or adults. To ensure we are able to give you the best experience possible, please try to book your party at least two weeks in advance.

Cancellations must be received within 10 business days prior to the party, a refund for the total amount minus a 15% administration fee will be issued.
Cancellations received within 3 business days before the party will result in the loss of all party fees.
