This Saturday is Science Fiesta!

September 23rd from 10am-4pm at Explora.

Celebrate the fusion of art and science, showcasing the creative spirit that powers innovation in technology and beyond.

Enjoy free interactive STEAM activities, food trucks, art vendors, and live music. Free COVID, Flu, school-required, adult shingles, pneumonia, RSV, and tetanus vaccines will also be offered.

This event is sponsored by Nusenda, Verus Research, UNM EPSCoR, Studio Southwest Architects, AFRL, and Sandia National Labs.

There will be live music performances by DJ Precious, DJ Dancing Dave, and a few others. Lots of games, entertainment, and activities for people of all ages.

The 2023 Summit for Early Science Learning will be happening on Saturday, September 30th.

This is a one-day conference for early childhood educators to learn hands-on interactive approaches to STEAM learning in their classrooms.

The summit begins with a keynote presentation from Tara Hughes, New Mexico’s Teacher of the Year!

This conference is hosted at the Albuquerque Museum, Explora, and the Natural History Museum and includes breakfast and lunch for participants.
