Registration Info for In-Person Camps

Feeling sick? Please stay home! If you are experiencing a fever, runny nose, sore throat, or any other contagious symptoms, please stay home and contact us for next steps.

  • Drop Off: Begins 15 minutes before scheduled camp time.
  • Activities: Classroom activities as described.
  • Food: Please remind your camper to eat only the snack they brought and not to share food with other campers. This helps us accommodate individual dietary needs and maintain a safe environment for everyone.
  • Break time: Outside, weather permitting.
  • Pick-up: Adults will be asked to show photo ID at pick-up.

Explora educators develop camp activities with campers’ developmental levels in mind. Your camper will have the opportunity to learn from and work with older and younger peers and make new friends.

Registration

  • All campers must be able to use the restroom on their own.
  • Please have the following available when you register: emergency contact name and phone numbers; name of alternate adults who can pick up the camper; camper’s medications, dosages, and physician’s name; camper’s insurance information, as well as any allergy or medical support information for your camper.
  • Please register your camper for a camp that matches their age or grade level. Age groups are designed to support campers’ developmental and social milestones, helping ensure an engaging and age-appropriate experience.
    • Fall, Winter, and Spring Camps: Grade levels refer to the grade your camper is currently enrolled in.
    • Summer Camps: Grade levels refer to the highest grade your camper has completed by the end of the spring semester.
