Home Visitor


Brillante Early Learning Center is seeking compassionate, community-focused Home Visitors to join our team. This position will play a vital role in supporting expectant parents and families with young children (prenatal through age five) through home-based services that promote healthy development, strengthen parenting relationships and skills, and connect families with community resources. Brillante Home Visitors will build trusting relationships with caregivers and their children, conduct developmental screenings, and support the long-term well-being of families.

Visitor Experience Facilitator


Visitor Experience Facilitators are critical Explora team members who create a fun, safe and enriching environment for Explora visitors every day. Visitor Experience Facilitators communicate warmth and welcome at admissions, embody Explora’s hands-on experiential pedagogy through exhibit facilitation, maintain and clean exhibit components, and demonstrate stellar customer service throughout. Visitor Experience Facilitators also work to deliver meaningful programs by facilitating events such as Birthday Parties, Public Programs, and working with school groups.

Work-Study: Assistant Educator (Out-of-School Time)


This role delivers hands-on, inquiry-based STEAM learning for elementary and middle school students in out-of-school programs, while also supporting homework time and creating engaging activities. Candidates should model Explora’s pedagogy, provide excellent customer service, and foster a welcoming, community-minded environment. A degree in progress or relevant experience is preferred, and Explora strongly encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds.
