What are Adult Nights?
Explora Adult Nights began in 2004 in response to requests from members and visitors who wanted to experience Explora in a whole new way: without the kids! Each adults-only evening features a unique theme with related activities—from performances and guest lectures, to art and science installations, to hands-on science experiments with surprising materials.

At Science of Beer 2025, you’ll find local favorites like Marble Brewery, Santa Fe Brewing Company, Rio Bravo Brewing Company, Flock of Moons, Sunday Service Motor Company, and Boxing Bear Brewing Company. Enjoy dinner and delicious dessert options from Laguna Burger, Cereal-ously Sweet, and our in-house Three Sisters Kitchen—plus live music by Red Light Cameras!
Test your knowledge with Explora-curated Science of Beer Trivia, explore the fascinating world of baking bread with beer, and snap some insta-worthy photos to share with friends!
Designated Driver tickets are available for those who want to enjoy everything we offer—minus the libations!
