At Science of Beer 2025, you’ll get to sip, snack, and explore—with drinks from local brewers, tasty bites, and sweet treats!
This year’s lineup features some of your favorite New Mexico breweries:
Marble Brewery, Santa Fe Brewing Co., Rio Bravo Brewing Company, Flock of Moons, Sunday Service Motor Co., and Boxing Bear Brewing Co.
Pair your drinks with tasty bites from Laguna Burger, sweet treats from Cerealsly Sweet, and our in-house Three Sisters Kitchen!

Beer + Bread Lab: Explore the science of baking with beer

Interactive games and photo ops throughout the museum
VIP Tickets include early entry at 6:30 pm, exclusive access to tastings before the crowds, and a commemorative souvenir glass!
Guests who prefer to skip the drinks can grab a Designated Driver ticket and still enjoy all the fun.
