* Science of Spirits at Explora for ages 21 and over

Explora is proud to present our first annual Science of Spirits, an Adult Night for ages 21 and up!

Sip, shop, and learn about the science of liquors as you visit with experts from four local distilleries: Hollow Spirits, Left Turn Distilling, and Safehouse Distilling. While enjoying your favorite distilled spirit, cocktail, or mocktail, you can explore the science behind a variety of liquors. Experience exciting activities and demonstrations including creating a cloud in a bottle, experimenting with different alcohol densities, and testing your palate at one of our many flavor stations. In a special nod to the season, costumes are welcome but optional—without masks please!
