Explora Summer Camp in Las Cruces
Explora Science Center and Children’s Museum offer summer camps in the Las Cruces area for students who have completed grades 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Spend half days engaged in fun science and engineering activities led by a team of Explora educators.
This camp is hosted in partnership with the Museum of Nature and Science in Las Cruces, and will be held at the Museum of Nature and Science, 411 N Downtown Mall, Las Cruces, NM 88001.
Camp is for grades 1–5.
Grades 3–5: June 25–29, 2018, 10am–1pm
What’s the Chance? Flipping coins, rolling dice, building kaleidoscopes and jumping rope, all these things have something in common. come explore and find out how they are related.
Grades 1–2: July 30–August 3, 2018, 10am–1pm
Wonders of Water: Get wet exploring ice and water. Race water drops, create mounds of bubbles, and make a foil boat to see how many pennies it hold.
We will have a mid-morning snack. Lunch is not included in the program schedule.

Registration fee for the Las Cruces Camps will be $100 per camper, per week. Camp spaces are extremely limited, register soon!
