A program for children in grades K-3

January 23 to May 15

Science to Grow On is an opportunity for transactive experiences for children ages kindergarten through third grade. In these classes children learn about science by questioning, experiencing, and investigating. Participation of parents or adult caregivers is encouraged, but not required.

Sessions offered this semester:

Each session of Science to Grow On meets every other week. Class periods are made up of one hour of activities focusing on inquiries in science and art. Following the programs, there is  time to enjoy a snack and experience Explora’s exhibit activities together.

Member: $140.00
Non-member: $160.00
All registrations must be accompanied by full payment.
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please make all checks payable to Explora.

Cancellation policy
If a cancellation is received at least 5 business days before the first class, a refund will be issued for the amount minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received fewer than 5 Business days before the first class will not be refunded. Full fees will be refunded if a program is cancelled by Explora.
